When buyers ask AI, it names you.

When buyers ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Google’s AI for the best in your category, we make sure it names you. Then we prove it where it counts: in your enquiries and your sales.

A real answer we recorded for our partner Elkontakten, Stockholm.

Buyers ask AI first. Most brands aren’t the answer.

How buying works now

Four steps, and most businesses never appear in step three.

1A buyer asks AI

“Who’s the best kitchen maker near me? Give me three.”

2AI reads the web

  • Reads the websites
  • Checks the reviews
  • Weighs who to trust

3It names a few

01— How AI sees you

Your customers see a website. AI sees what it can prove.

A buyer takes in the photos, the feel, the slogan. An assistant can’t. It looks for plain facts it can find and check: who you are, what you do, where, for whom, and why you over the rest. Whatever it can’t confirm, it leaves out, and so it leaves you out.

02— The model

We don’t sell hours. We build for results.

Most agencies deliver hours, checklists and reports, and stop there. We do the engineering, measure it in your own numbers, and stay on it until it shows up in sales. It keeps us on your side of the table for as long as the partnership runs.

05— The journey

Your first year, mapped.

What a partnership looks like from the day you apply. Every step is planned with you at the working session and measured in your own numbers; the timings are typical, and every business is different.

  1. Week 0 · Apply

    Two fields, one minute.

Your website and an email. We read every application ourselves, and look at how AI sees your business before we reply.

  2. Weeks 1–2 · Working session

    How AI sees you today.

We go through your numbers together: what the assistants read about you, what they get wrong, and who they name instead of you. If there’s a fit, we agree the plan.

  3. Month 1 · Found

    Your website, read by AI.

Every page made understandable to the assistants your customers ask. Same look, same address, same Google ranking: your customers see the site they always have.

  4. Months 2–3 · Recommended

    Named, then chosen.

This is where partners have started showing up in the answers. Elkontakten went from a flat line to 11,500 impressions in Google’s AI answers within three months. We trace it in your Search Console and in real AI answers.

  5. Months 3–6 · Built

Your own AI, not more apps.

We build the tools you rent today into one system around how your team works: full stack, custom, with our own AI models trained on your business. Fewer apps, fewer logins, less copying between them.

  6. Months 6–12 · Compounding

    Traced, then scaled.

Every result is traced to revenue, so we put more into what works and drop what doesn’t. The work builds on itself, quarter on quarter.

  7. Year 2 and on · Frontier

At the frontier, and staying there.

New AI capabilities arrive every few months. We bring the ones that pay into your business as they land, so you stay ahead of your market instead of catching up to it.

A typical first year. The plan for yours is made with you, at the working session.

06— Why so few

Exclusive by design. Never a client list.

Every new account is attention taken from the brands we already work with. So we keep our partners few, hand-pick every one, and put everything we have into them.

Few.

Partners at any one time, so each one has our full attention.

Focus compounds

Each partner gets our whole stack and our senior engineers, not a slot in a queue.

Chosen with care

We only take on brands where we can move real revenue, so the work shows up in sales.

Depth over breadth

A few partnerships done deeply outperform a long list done thinly. For you, and for us.

We take on a new partner only when we can give them everything.

07— Criteria

Who we partner with.

We look for brands where AI can move real revenue, and where we can prove it did.

Established

A proven business with real customers and revenue, not a startup still searching for fit.

Real demand

People already look for what you sell. We make you the answer they get.

Meaningful transactions

High-ticket or high-volume sales, where each recommendation carries real value.

Measurable

Sales or enquiries we can trace and verify, so we can both see what the work is worth.

Nordics first

Sweden, Denmark and Norway, with a few partners beyond.

08— Safe by design

AI first. Safe first, too.

Moving fast only works when the foundations hold. These are the rules our own systems live by, and the ones we build into yours.

  • Passkeys and two-step sign-inNo shared passwords; every account signs in with a passkey or a second step.
  • Hardened from the first lineFast everywhere, with protection against attacks at every step.
  • A person approves what mattersAI drafts the reply, the quote and the booking; a person on your team sends it.
  • Checked against the sourceAnswers cite where every claim and figure comes from, and say when they can’t.
  • EU rules, and a historyA Swedish company under GDPR; books are corrected with new entries, never rewritten.

09— Questions

The questions we get asked.

Straight answers about how a partnership works. Anything else, write to david@clearagency.ai.

What does ClearAgency do?

When buyers ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Google's AI for the best in your category, we make sure it names you, and we prove it in your enquiries and sales. Once it's bringing in sales, we replace the rented software your business runs on with one system built around how your team works, with our own AI models inside it.

Is ClearAgency the same as the Dutch music agency “Clear Agency”?

No. ClearAgency (Clear Agency AB, org. nr 559600-8515) is a Swedish AI development agency at Birger Jarlsgatan 42 in Stockholm, on clearagency.ai. We have no connection to the music booking agency of a similar name in the Netherlands.

How is being recommended by AI different from SEO?

SEO is about ranking in a list of links. An AI assistant gives one answer and names a few businesses. To be one of them, the assistant has to understand exactly what you sell, where and to whom, and find enough proof to trust you. We make your website readable that way. Your Google ranking stays as it is; this works alongside it.

Which AI assistants does it cover?

The ones your buyers use: ChatGPT, Google's AI Overviews and AI Mode, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity and Claude. They read the web in similar ways, so one well-built website works for all of them.

Will my website look or work differently?

No. Your customers see the same site, at the same address, with the same Google ranking. What changes is underneath: every page becomes something an assistant can understand and act on. We work with Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Wix and fully custom sites.

How soon do results show?

It depends on the business, but our partners have seen it within months. MTN Kitchens was found by 19,900 people in a single month, and Elkontakten went from a flat line to 11,500 impressions in Google's AI answers within three months of the rebuild. Both figures come from Google's own records.

How do you measure results?

In your own numbers: Google Search Console, the answers the assistants actually give, and the enquiries and sales that follow. We trace results end to end, so you can check every figure yourself.

What comes after the first results?

Once AI is bringing in sales, the next step is the software your business runs on: the tools for customers, quotes, bookings, invoicing, support and reporting, built into one system around how your team works, with our own AI models inside it, in place of the apps you rent. See What we build at clearagency.ai/build.

What happens to our data?

We build on your data for your business only. How we handle and protect it is set out on our Security & data page, and agreed with you before any work starts.

Who do you work with?

Established brands with real customers and revenue, where AI can move real sales and the results can be measured. We work in Sweden, Denmark and Norway first, with a few partners beyond, and in Swedish or English.

Why do you take on so few partners?

Every new partner takes attention from the ones we already have. So we keep the number small, hand-pick each one, and give them our whole stack and our senior engineers.

How do we start?

Apply with your website and an email; it takes a minute. We read every application ourselves and look at how AI sees your business. If there is a fit, we invite you to a working session to go through your numbers together, and agree the plan.

10— Apply
